Dino Dashers Run Club

Once a week our Dino Dashers head out to the path and practice for a big race at the end of the Spring and Fall season! Coach Gigi makes sure that they learn all of the important skills of running such as warming up, cooling down, water breaks, fueling our bodies and of course....just having fun! The littles get a run club t-shirt and a medal but come away with much more such as Large Motor Skills, Social Skills and Teamwork!
